The beachfront access is fantastic, and our room had beautiful ocean views. The staff was friendly, making us feel welcomed. The only downside was that the elevator was out of service during our stay, which made getting to our room a bit of a hassle. Overall, it's a decent spot for a beach getaway.

The location is fantastic with direct beach access, and the tiki bar by the pool is a nice touch. Rooms could use more thorough cleaning; I noticed sand on the floor throughout my stay. it's decent for a beach getaway.

We had an amazing time enjoying the beautiful beach just a few steps from our room with an outstanding view, plus it was super easy to walk to delicious restaurants like Captain Jack's Family Buffet and Hooters in under five minutes; the beaches were full of areas to relax in the sun and enjoy games, but the hotel could use some improvements like better air conditioning and service.

The hotel is right by the beach, perfect for kids to run around. There is a nice area with games and a pool to keep everyone entertained.
It wasn't the cheapest option, but it was still reasonable.

Great beach access and nice pool, but staff were unhelpful and room needed cleaning.

The location was fantastic—steps from the beach and pool. Ms. Debbie’s exceptional customer service truly stood out. The older hotel was clean, with surprisingly comfortable beds, though carrying items up two flights of stairs was a challenge. The Tiki bar by the pool offered great drinks, but the food remained untested. check-in was chaotic, our room wasn't ready, and the property showed signs of disarray. While my grandsons had a blast, the experience felt overshadowed by management issues and cleanliness concerns. I’d consider returning if improvements were made, but it’s a mixed bag.

The view from the hotel is stunning, and the staff are super friendly. The beach is just a short walk away, making it easy to soak up the sun.
The room cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Chateau Beachfront Resort boasts an unbeatable location right on the beach, offering stunning views of the water. The pool area is pleasant, and the old design adds character. be aware of potential cleanliness issues and check-in delays that could affect your experience.

The beach is literally steps away, making it so easy to soak up the sun! The large pool was pristine and perfect for relaxing before sunset. Meeting new friends over games on the property added so much fun to our stay! 🌊✨
Do recommend! 💖🌴

Clean rooms, comfortable atmosphere. The beach was inviting, a perfect escape for relaxation. the lack of cleaning services was a significant downside. No one came to our room for five days, leaving us to fetch essentials from the office daily. Dining options nearby were a nostalgic delight. The tiki bar was a highlight, with friendly staff and beautiful views. That said, communication with front desk staff faltered. Mismanagement led to delays and errors in billing. Maintenance issues marred our experience; an AC leak went unattended despite multiple calls. The potential is there, but it requires significant improvement in service and attention to detail. I won’t disregard a future visit, but a few key changes are necessary.

The location was exceptional, allowing us to enjoy direct access to the ocean from our room. Waking up to the sound of the waves was truly mesmerizing. the affordability of the stay was a welcome benefit.
The room was a disappointment. We encountered cleanliness issues, including sand from previous guests, broken furniture, and a concerning smell that made us question the room's hygiene.

Great match for a swift visit in Panama City Beach with fantastic value for money. Beach access was really nice.

Check-in was a nightmare! They gave us a room with a king bed instead of the two queens we booked. The staff kept passing the blame and didn’t seem to care at all. Total chaos from the start!

comfortable bed, comfortable beach with easy access to the pool and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist with my luggage and provide fresh towels.

The beachfront property offers beautiful views and direct access to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for a relaxing day in the sun, and with several great restaurants like Captain Jack's and Hooters just a short walk—less than 5 minutes—away, dining options are easy to come by; additionally, the pool and tanning deck are lovely for soaking in the sun. The room itself was comfortable for our stay, but the small size could be improved for those needing more space.

The bed was comfortable, but the pillows didn’t meet expectations. The air conditioning struggled to maintain a pleasant temperature, often leaving the room uncomfortably warm. Noise from Harpoon Harry's was disruptive, shaking the walls until the early hours. The bathroom showed signs of neglect, with mildew present and a cracked floor. The kitchenette setup was underwhelming, lacking a stove as advertised. Linens weren’t replaced during our stay, and housekeeping was nearly non-existent. The refrigerator was lukewarm and fell out of its cabinet. While the tiki bar was a nice touch, service could be improved. The parking situation was convenient but could use better security measures.

The festival with 20 bars is a fun challenge! Beachcomber 5 min from Frank Brown Park is ideal. Holiday Golf Club's course is perfect for all. Barefoot serves delicious gulf-front food. Searenity East offers additional meeting spaces. Barefoot provides laid-back dining with great seafood.
I swept sand daily in the room; felt like a beach myself.

Let's start with the positives - the location was awesome, super close to the beach. The sheets were clean, which is always a plus, and it was convenient to walk right out the door to the beach. Now, onto the not-so-great stuff. The beds were really hard, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep. Plus, there were no elevators, which was a big issue for me since I had just had surgery on my neck. It would've been so much better if they had elevators for easy access. The cleanliness of the place could've been better too. When we walked into the room, there was sand all over the floor, which was quite off-putting. The bathroom also left a lot to be desired - the sink and toilet were both backed up, and the television didn't even work. The customer service was also a bit lacking. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned on the second day, and even then, it wasn't the best job. The staff wasn't very friendly, and we had issues with being overcharged upon check-in. I was pretty disappointed with the experience at Chateau Beachfront. It definitely wasn't what I expected based on the photos online. So, while the location was great and the beach access was convenient, there were just too many drawbacks for me to consider staying here again.

Hit up Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam for some sick country tunes and beach vibes. The Shell Island Tour was rad with stops at St Andrews. Plus, we caught True Soul jamming out with their epic 70s and 80s hits. Best vacay ever!
Would've loved more wild parties like the Emerald Coast Cruizin' Car Show. Let's turn up the nightlife game for us party animals!

Great beach access, but rooms need serious cleaning and maintenance.

Right on the beach, comfy bed, great air conditioning, and easy access to the beautiful beach. Plenty of spots to relax in sun or shade, and fun games available for guests to enjoy.
Check-in took forever, front desk staff unhelpful, TV not functional, long wait for towels, parking situation inconvenient, and unexpected $50 deposit per night not disclosed in advance. Slow breakfast service, and lack of kitchenware in rooms for self-catering.

Our family had a fantastic time at the beach and enjoyed live music at Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam. The resort's location made it easy to relax and get into the country music festival spirit.
My wife says that a kids' club would enhance the family experience.

Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean, quiet top floor, friendly housekeepers, soft white sand beach, and the chance to see dolphins from the balcony.
Felt cozy, no complaints whatsoever.

the room was clean and comfortable - with a pool and ocean view right by the beach. we got in early and were on the 3rd floor - level with parking. the location is great - but the place looks more rundown than before.
Couldn't recommend more.

I was disappointed to find sand everywhere in my room, and the bed sheets weren't clean. The fridge had expired food. However, the pool and beach were lovely. I'd recommend this hotel.
